FDA Cosmetics Companies that want to export cosmetics to the U.S. can voluntarily register their products with the FDA through VCRP.
FDA Device Companies that wish to export medical devices to the United States must pay annual facility registration fees to FDA and register their products after selecting and passing the Premarket Submission.
FDA Drug Companies that export medicines to the United States must register with FDA and obtain approval if necessary.
