Cosmetics Companies that want to export cosmetics to the U.S. can voluntarily register their products with the FDA through VCRP.
The American Technology Clinical Solutions Inc. consults FDA-related work for companies that want to export to the U.S. for social contribution and, if necessary, deputizes FDA registration, inspection, approval, and agents through a trusted research institute in the U.S.
The VCRP is divided into two parts, and you can register only one part or both. FDA 2511 for Registration of Cosmetic Product Establishment and FDA 2512, for Cosmetic Product Ingredient States.
Registration of Cosmetic Product Establishment
Cosmetics investigation registration is FDA 2511, and can only be registered by the representative or person in charge of cosmetics manufacturing or packaging facilities. Cosmetics manufacturing companies outside of the United States are voluntary registrations to export their products to the United States, and the FDA grants registration numbers to each manufacturer.
For registration, we submit the facility type selection, company name, address, representative, trade name, etc.
Cosmetic Product Ingredient Statement
Cosmetics product component diagnosis is shortened to CPIS and is called FDA 2512. It is to register the cosmetics products that will be exported to the United States.
Provide and submit the business type, name, address, manufacturer, annual sales in the United States of America, product information, ingredients and authors of the label for registration.
